Hazing Prevention

Recognize. Prevent. Report.

About Hazing Prevention at USC

The Hazing Prevention unit within USC Campus Activities was established to serve as a campus resource to manage university-wide hazing prevention education and services for communities including but not limited to fraternities and sororities, recognized student organizations, club sports, and the Trojan Marching Band.

The University of Southern California is devoted to providing a safe and meaningful learning environment for all students and has zero tolerance for hazing by any individual or group associated with the University. All students and student organizations, whether recognized or not, will observe and fully comply with California law and university policy against hazing.

In addition, all students and student organizations are expected to adhere to related regulations set forth by their respective international, national, regional or local organizations and university departments. It is the responsibility of the students and the officers of organizations to be informed of all the regulations and to ensure they are brought to the attention of the rest of the membership.
